There are a handful of restaurants in Utah that are worth talking about days, or even weeks after eating there and Corbin's Grille is one of them! Absolutely fantastic food, it's obvious that the chef has had a lot of Italian, California, and New York influence when creating this menu and the results are fabulous. Everything I had was a wow, from the unique Seafood Martini (like a shrimp cocktail on delicious steroids!) to the Chicken Carbonara that is better than any Italian dish I've tasted outside of Italy. From what I have heard from friends I expected to pay a lot more for our meal, but I ended up being surprised at just how reasonable the prices are. Thank you so much for building a world-class restaurant and keeping the prices down-to-earth for Davis County! I can't wait to try everything on the menu!
Pros: Outstanding food, reasonable prices, unbelievable atmosphere
Cons: If I had to nitpick I'd want to see more booths... but that's the only thing I can think of.

This is by far my favorite restaurant in Davis County. The food is excellent and the service is reliable. My favorite thing about Corbin's is the ambiance. Love the indoor waterwalls.

I have eaten at Corbin's numerous times and love it. The food is amazing, and affordable. The service is also excellent without being too pushy. The restaurant itself is designed beautifully. The steaks are very high quality, and they have a wide variety of other dishes as well. I really enjoy the desserts they have, very unique and delicious. It is worth the drive up to Layton to eat there.
Pros: great atmosphere, amazing food
Cons: bathrooms are out of the restaurant and not always clean

When I go out to eat ambiance is a huge deal, and this restaurant has it. So comfortable. Not to mention the food is delicious! I've eaten here a number of times and each plate is perfect and the service is superior.

If you want a delicious steak this is definitely the place. Not only have we eaten there for our anniversary, birthdays, etc., but we even had our family Christmas party there this last year. We had a delicious meal that was quickly prepared and efficiently served. You can't beat the prices for a high-end worth-more meal. Their pasta dishes are also excellent and their salmon choices are all cooked to perfection. Maybe you shouldn't try it after all -- we don't want it to be such a popular place that we can't get into it whenever we want. ;-)
Pros: Wonderful food; above-average service and attention from wait-staff
Cons: None -- have eaten there several times and never had a negative experience

Dined on a week night, service was prompt, no reservation. Very friendly staff. The appetizer ordered were the crab cakes, more cake than crab, they could do a better job there. My date and I both ordered the USDA bone-in rib eye which they do over a wood fire. Could quite possibly be one of the best steaks either of us have ever had and I've been to Mortons, Ruth's Chris, and the Stockyard in TN. For the price and the service I would highly recommend Corbins as a top notch steak house. Their steaks aren't al a cart so you get salad, bread, and massive potato included. The setting is very elegant with massive water walls and beautiful wood throughout but the atmosphere is casual. Honestly I can't wait to go back and dine again at Corbins. Try it, I think you'll be surprised at how good their steaks are.
Pros: The way they cook the steaks over a wood fire, delicious!
Cons: The crab cakes were more cake than crab but that is so often the case at many restaurants.
