I don't know what that review down there is talking about...these guys are the best! I was in such a rush and they got my gown in on time and did the best, most affordable alterations I've ever seen. They have such a great selection, these are the ONLY dresses with sleeves I liked anywhere. Just beautiful, and reasonably priced. Such great girls! They were all so helpful, and the manager was the best.

Pros: Great service, beautiful dresses!

Cons: Accessories were kind of expensive.

When looking for my wedding gown I knew that I wanted something modest, but didn't want to compromise my sense of style. I started looking on line and found LatterDayBride on Citysearch. I was emediately impressed by their website. I made an appointment and went in with my mom and my sisters. Right when we walked through the door we were greeted with smiling faces and a wonderful atmosphere! Their showroom was so beautifully decorated. Everything was so elegant. We began looking at their gowns and were amazed by their selection. There were so many to choose from and all of them were beautiful. They had something for everybody even my sisters wanted to try on gowns. When they showed my where my dressing room was I was so excited! It was huge! I had my own stage and three large mirrors to view my gowns in. My mom and sisters were able to sit outside of my dressing room and relax on the large comfortable couch that was provided. I had the hardest time deciding what gown to buy. I finally decided on one that fit my personality perfectly. Not only was it "THE" dress it was within my budget! All of the girls were so sweet and helpful when it came time to choose all of my accessories. They helped me create the look that I wanted. They were all so knowledgable about all of their items.My very picky sisters even found bridesmaid gowns that they all loved. They came in so many colors and new fun styles. We were able to take care of several things in one stop!! It was such a great experience. I would recomend this store to anyone wanting to find the perfect gown and have a great time doing it!!

Pros: Beautiful Atmosphere, Wonderful Customer Sevice, Gorgeous Wedding Gowns and Formalwear

We ordered 6 maid dresses for out of state maids. I asked how we could ensure the dresses fit. She said measure yourselves and give the measurements to me or look at the size chart online and decide which size fits. We measured and chose a size with extra room. When we tried on finished dresses the waistline ribbons were the wrong color and tacky, and NONE of the dresses fit - all ridiculously tight. When I complained, the salesperson told me they could be altered but failed to mention we would pay $70 - $90 per dress. I stupidly assumed they would pay to fix "their" mistake. When I complained they said we must have measured wrong, told one maid she had a big ribcage, and told me that I must have gained weight. When I complained to the manager she used excuses like, "The person answering the phones is just a young girl and can't be expected to understand all of this" and "This is really your fault". We even had them measure us again to see what the difference in our measurements and theirs were. The two size 0 girls measured well within the size 0 requirements and still couldn't zip up their dresses. The rest of us had measurements off by a size but couldn't even fit in the dresses. I asked why I was not told on the phone that they would not guarantee the fit unless they measured us themselves and why I wasn't told how ridiculously expensive the alterations would be, the manager just said I should have read the return policy. I wasn't planning to return it so why would I look there? The manager finally agreed to remove the rush fees but we still had to pay $50 - $70 per dress for alterations. And they didn't even fit well after that. Don't buy here unless you have thick skin and don't mind paying for very expensive alterations.

Pros: could color and style selection, nice fabric

Cons: rude customer service, huge alterations fees, terrible fit
