i use to go to this reataurant quite a bit when the owner his wife rose and the family was cooking and running it. moved away and came back to a whole new horrible tasting and filthy restaurant. ohhhhhh the good old days. i guess they made there money and left the building.

We ordered the Phoenix Chicken as per the recommendations found here. It is disgusting. The chicken used is horrible quality, the sauce lacks any sort of flavor that I enjoy. The restaurant seemed busy and cheaply decorated. The service was not friendly and the food was bland even though we ordered the PC extra spicy. I have to think that the people who gave Chin Wah rave reviews are friends or relatives of the owners as this restaurant was absolutely disgusting. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend you even try it.
Pros: Relatively inexpensive
Cons: horrible food, bad service, cheap decor
